Anthony
Brown a resident of Llantwit Major since 1964 established
himself in business in the Strand, Commercial Street in 1972.
Soon after he had the opportunity to purchase Salonica Cottage
directly opposite on East Street. After conversion of the
cottage to offices he established himself as estate agents and
surveyors in 1973 renaming the premises Gwent House.
In July 1984 Anthony Brown was elected as a Fellow of the
National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA).
